Kristin Joines

Kristin Joines is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in trade marketing, brand activation, and communications. Currently serving as the Associate Trade Marketing Manager at Carrier Fire & Security since May 2022, Kristin has successfully implemented retail channel strategies, managed multiple product launches, and revamped the point-of-purchase program. Prior roles include Associate Brand Marketing Manager, where Kristin developed brand guidelines and enhanced national trade show experiences, and Marketing Coordinator at Driven Brands, where Kristin significantly improved franchisee marketing effectiveness. Kristin's career also includes roles at Cree Lighting, where Kristin empowered marketing strategies, and internships at BB&T and Citrix, focusing on web design and branding. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Design Studies from North Carolina State University.
