Caryl Bentley Brown has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, primarily focusing on urban core and central city neighborhoods in Portland. Caryl started their career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Debbie Thomas Real Estate in 2002, where they specialized in representing premier landlords and negotiating leases for retail and creative office spaces in various types of projects. Caryl then joined Norris, Beggs & Simpson Companies in 2011 as an Associate Vice President, where they generated new business opportunities and provided full-spectrum client services, achieving "Top 10 Broker" status within six months.
