Clay Newton

Clay Newton has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Clay started their career in 1998 at C&R Real Estate Services Co., where they worked as a Vice President representing various clients. In 2006, they founded their own company, CV Newton Company LLC, where they served as the Managing Member until 2013. In 2013, they joined Kidder Mathews as an Executive Vice President and Shareholder, specializing in multifamily investment sales in the Portland-metro area.

Clay Newton attended Lincoln High School from 1985 to 1989. Clay then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Management at the University of Portland from 1989 to 1993.
