Craig Owyang

Craig Owyang is a seasoned professional in real estate appraisal and counseling, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews since July 2019. With extensive expertise in portfolio valuations, estate and succession planning, litigation support, and eminent domain issues, Craig has a diverse background that includes founding Craig Owyang Real Estate, where services were rendered from 1992 to 2019. Craig Owyang's leadership experience includes a role as Chapter President of the Appraisal Institute's NorCal Chapter in 2001, and earlier career positions at The Reitman Group and Craig Owyang Appraisal focused on commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Craig Owyang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from San Jose State University, completed between 1979 and 1987.
