Erik Swanson

Erik Swanson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment sales and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews since July 2007, Erik focuses on multi and single tenant investment sales after previously holding the position of Vice President - Investment Sales. Prior to this role, Erik worked at Marcus & Millichap as an Associate in Retail Investment Sales from January 2005 to July 2007. Erik also held the position of West Coast Sales Manager at Management Dynamics from 2004 to 2005, specializing in software sales, and was the Australia/NZ Route Development Manager at Panalpina from 2001 to 2003, focusing on tradelane development. Erik holds a BA in Communications with a focus on Advertising from Washington State University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
