Jason Miller

Jason Miller is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in retail leasing and sales in Western Washington. As the First Vice President and Shareholder at Kidder Mathews since January 2016, Jason has built on a strong foundation from previous roles, including Senior Associate Broker at Colliers-International and Commercial Broker at Ewing & Clark, Inc., where expertise in retail lease negotiations and market dynamics was cultivated. Additionally, Jason's earlier role as a Certified Appraiser at Appraisal Associates Inc involved completing nearly 1,000 residential and multi-family real estate appraisals, further enhancing knowledge of valuation methodologies. Jason holds a BA in Political Science from California State University, Chico.
