Jeremy Benloulou

Jeremy Benloulou is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as First Vice President at Kidder Mathews since July 2019. With prior leadership roles including Associate Vice President of Investments at Concord Real Estate Inc and Vice President of Acquisitions at EdenRock Group, Jeremy has developed expertise in sourcing, underwriting, and financial analysis of commercial real estate. Their experience includes managing the acquisition of over $35 million in properties and marketing and disposing of assets exceeding $180 million at Pegasus Investments. Jeremy's earlier roles include significant analytical work as an Acquisitions Analyst for The Standard Oil Investment Group and hands-on internships that provided foundational knowledge in investment analysis and financial planning. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy, Management, and Planning with a focus on Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
