Ginny Hayward

Ginny Hayward (Easter) is an experienced professional in product development with over 17 years in the food industry. Currently serving as Head of NPD at Kiddylicious since September 2018, Ginny has also held the position of NPD Project Manager. Previous roles include Senior Product Developer at EAT., Product Development Manager at BHS, and Product Developer at Pret A Manger and innocent drinks, among others. Ginny began a career in product development technology at Pizza Hut UK and gained initial experience as a Food Technologist at Marks and Spencer. Educationally, Ginny holds a 2:1 degree in food science, food economics, and marketing from the University of Reading, obtained in 2005.
