Dori Graff has a long and varied work experience. Dori began their career in 1997 as a Photo Researcher for Tony Stone Images/Getty Images. Dori then worked as an Assistant Project Coordinator for the Mary and Leigh Block Museum in 1997. In 1998, they were a Photo Editor for Microsoft Sidewalk, where they were part of the team that launched the site and received the Chicago Headline Club's Peter Lisagor Award for Exemplary Journalism. From 1999 to 2003, they worked at Goldsmith Agio Helms as a Communications Manager, Hot Dish Advertising as an Account Executive, and Catalyst Studios as an Account Supervisor. From 2007 to 2011, they were an Independent Marketing Strategist and Account Director, working at agencies such as Azul 7 and Little & Co. In 2012, they were a Digital Strategy and Business Development at Warecorp. Finally, from 2014 to present, they have been Co-founder and CEO and Co-founder and CMO of Kidizen.

Dori Graff attended Northwestern University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies and Art Dori'story.
