Emma Layzell

Emma Layzell has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Emma began their career at Subsea 7 as an HR Administrator in October 2014 and worked there until March 2016. Following that, they joined ORR - Office of Rail and Road as an HR Officer from March 2016 to January 2018. Emma then worked at Kido, where they held multiple positions, including People Advisor from January 2018 to March 2019, People and HR Projects Manager from April 2019 to April 2021, Senior People Manager from April 2021 to May 2023, and is currently serving as the Head of People from May 2023.

Emma Layzell has a BA in Political Science from the University of Birmingham, which they earned between 2010 and 2013. Emma also has an MSc in Human Resource Management from the same university, obtained from 2013 to 2014.
