Alex Andrews, CPHR SHRM-SCP has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Starting in 2006, Alex worked as a Property Manager for TransGlobe Property Management Services/Orion Properties, where they managed several residential complexes of up to 360 units, with monthly budgets of up to $450,000. In 2009, Alex became a Reserve Fund Consultant, performing reserve studies for multiple condo complexes and managing cash flows of up to $100,000. From 2014 to 2018, Alex held various roles at Rocky Mountain Equipment, including Manager, Organizational Development, Team Lead, Training and Organizational Development, and Human Resources Business Advisor. In 2018, Alex became a Master Trainer and Consultant at Crucial Learning, and in 2019 they joined Level 52 Inc. as an Executive/Leadership Coach | Leadership Strategist and Head of Learning & Delivery. Most recently, in 2020, Alex became Vice President, People, Director, People + Culture, and People + Culture Lead at Kidoodle.TV\u00ae.

Alex Andrews, CPHR SHRM-SCP has an education history that includes a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development from The University of Lethbridge, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010.
