Monique Plourde

Monique Plourde has worked in the media industry for the past decade. In 2021, they joined Kidoodle.TV\u00ae as a Product Manager and Content Experience Manager. Prior to this, they worked at CBC Television from 2011-2021 in various roles, including Manager of CBC Gem, Senior Clerk (News), Scheduling Specialist, and Broadcast Technician. As Manager of CBC Gem, they were responsible for programming and merchandising all on demand content and deliverables across digital platforms, and was instrumental in growing the streaming catalog from infancy to over 70,000 assets.

Monique Plourde's education history began in 2004 when they attended Keswick High School. From 2008 to 2011, they attended Mohawk College, earning an Advanced Diploma in Television Broadcasting and Communications Media. In 2021, they are currently enrolled at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, studying Project Management.
