Heather Ruest

Heather Ruest has extensive experience in product management and technical program management, currently serving as Manager of Product Management at Modivcare since April 2020. Prior to this role, Heather worked at LogistiCare for nearly a decade in various capacities, including Technical Program Manager and EDI Business Analyst, focusing on non-emergency medical transportation EDI implementations. Additional experience includes project management and training roles at Right Management, coordination of international mining projects at Outotec, and executive support at Alltech. Heather also has a background in information systems security with the US Navy, where responsibilities included managing local area networks and providing technical support. Education includes studies at Florida State College at Jacksonville, Park University, and Eastern Kentucky University.
