Erika Leonard has been serving as the Community Education Director and Program Manager of California Services for Kidpower Teenpower Fullpower International since November 1994, where responsibilities include leading "People Safety" skills training workshops and providing mentorship and training support for new instructors. Prior to this role, Erika worked as a sixth-grade teacher at Albany Middle School from September 1992 to June 1995. Erika holds a Teaching Credential in Multiple Subjects from the University of California, Santa Cruz, obtained between 1990 and 1992, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley, earned from 1986 to 1990.
