Jeri Laureano

Jeri Laureano has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeri began their career at Caremark as a Branch Manager, where they oversaw a large team and played a key role in starting a specialty drug pharmacy. Jeri then moved on to Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital, where they served as a Denial and Capitation Coordinator, responsible for handling denied medical services and managing appeals. After that, they joined the Lake County Health Department as a Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator, overseeing quality improvement projects and coordinating case managers.

In 2013, Jeri became an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the College of Lake County, where they contributed to the education and training of students. Jeri then joined ChildServ as a Director of Quality Improvement, ensuring organizational and management practices were applied to program analysis and planning.

Jeri's career took a significant turn in 2014 when they joined Kids Above All as the Chief Clinical Officer, responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction. Later, when Kids Above All transformed into Kids Above All (formerly ChildServ), Jeri continued their role as the Chief Clinical Operating Officer while taking on additional responsibilities.
