Sue Purser

Sue Purser has been with Kids & Company since May 2003, holding the roles of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). With over 30 years of industry experience, Sue oversees and supports teachers, supervisors, and regional directors across 100 corporate childcare centers in Canada and the United States. Responsible for regulatory compliance and strategic growth planning. Additionally, Sue served as Vice President Operations for a national childcare chain. Prior to their current roles, Sue worked as an ECE Professor at Centennial College and as a Director at Faywood Childcare. Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Ryerson University.
