Cody Shek

Cody Shek, PHR, serves as the Sr. People Services Generalist at Kids Dental Brands since August 2019, managing benefits administration for over 750 employees and spearheading HR automation initiatives. Previous experience includes a role as HR Generalist at Connect Wireless, where Cody introduced performance reviews and enhanced retention strategies, and as HR Coordinator at BASIS.ed, where operational efficiencies were improved for over 2,000 employees. Earlier positions included Assistant Manager at Cafe China, where Cody focused on staff training and business promotion, and an internship in accounts payable at Knight Transportation.
