Kerry Ryan

Kerry Ryan is an experienced governance professional and non-executive director with a diverse background across various sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Retail Food Group and Vice President of Kids First Australia, Ryan also holds positions on the Audit and Risk Committee of the Parliament of Victoria and was recently involved with A.G. Coombs. Ryan has a significant history with the Richmond Football Club, having held multiple roles, including chair of the Risk, Compliance and Integrity Committee. Previous experience includes a decade as a non-executive director at CPA Australia and a partner role at Norton Rose Fulbright. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, along with ongoing studies at Harvard University. Ryan is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
