Ana Mosqueda Chichits has extensive experience in operational management within nonprofit organizations, currently serving as Director of Operations at Kids First Chicago since June 2021, following roles as Senior Manager, Operations Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to this, Ana held the position of Education Partnerships Coordinator at Latinos Progresando from July 2018 to June 2021 and worked as Program Evaluation Coordinator at Erie Family Health Center, collaborating with UCLA on a behavioral health research project. Earlier experience includes serving as Case Manager at Community Counseling Centers of Chicago, Counselor at Connections for Abused Women and their Children, and Family and Youth Support Specialist at Erie Neighborhood House. Ana holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from National Louis University.
