Tamara Yaunches

Tamara Yaunches is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aquatics programming and management. Currently serving as General Manager at Kids First Springfield Franchise Location since March 2018 and as Co-Founder & President of LetSwim Inc. since February 2004, Tamara has dedicated a career to enhancing aquatics education for all ages. Previous roles include Director of Field Operations for KIDS FIRST Swim Schools, where responsibility encompassed overseeing daily operations of corporate locations, and Chief Operating Officer at Complete Sports Management. Tamara's background also includes leadership positions at US Fitness Holdings, Life Time Fitness, and marketing roles in earlier career stages at NextLinx and LCC. Tamara holds a degree in International Relations with a focus on Latin American Studies from American University.
