Elisa Richardson

Elisa Richardson is an accomplished Sales Trainer Coordinator and Enablement Specialist with a tenure at Gale | Cengage Learning since May 2001, specializing in business systems training and eLearning design for a $200M division within the educational publishing sector. Elisa has served as the primary systems trainer across various departments, including sales, support, and marketing, and played a crucial role in a change management team for a $35M global ERP project impacting over 3,000 users internationally. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative where Elisa developed the first training manual for key departments. Additionally, Elisa worked part-time as a bookseller at Borders Books & Music from July 2002 to September 2011.
