Caitlin Kelly

Caitlin Kelly is an experienced development professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Individual Giving and Events at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) since September 2023. Prior roles include Director of Leadership and Legacy Giving at The St. Paul's Schools from July 2021 to July 2023, and Director of Leadership Giving at St. Paul's School for Girls from November 2019 to June 2021. Additionally, Caitlin worked at The Johns Hopkins University from September 2011 to October 2019, where positions included Senior Associate Director of Development and Associate Director of Development. Earlier in the career, Caitlin held the role of Assistant Director of the Colby Fund at Colby College from October 2009 to September 2011. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Queens University of Charlotte, obtained in 2008.
