Jason Boyd

Jason Boyd is a seasoned immigration policy expert currently serving as Senior Director of Policy at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) since January 2020. With a robust background in immigration law, Jason previously held positions such as Director of Policy at the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Policy Counsel at the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman. Additional experience includes serving as Immigration Law Analyst for the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee and Asylum Officer with the Department of Homeland Security. Academic credentials include a J.D. with Honors from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Communications Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
