Lucy Kaczmarska

Lucy Kaczmarska is an experienced professional in early years education and childcare management. Currently serving as Operations Director, Childcare Director, and Early Years Director at Kids Planet Day Nurseries since July 2013, Lucy plays a pivotal role in overseeing nursery management and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and values. Prior to this, Lucy was the Head of Early Years at Trafford MBC from September 2009 to July 2013, leading an Early Years team in a large primary school while fostering collaboration with the on-site private nursery. Lucy's academic qualifications include an Early Years Teacher Status from The Manchester Metropolitan University, a Post Graduate Certificate of Education from St. Mary’s University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Birmingham, complemented by an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare Learning and Development.
