Damaris Davila-Franco is a bilingual project coordinator with extensive experience in mental health and community organizing. Currently serving as the Bilingual Project Coordinator for Latino Families Impacted by Homicide at Brooke's Place for Grieving Young People since January 2016, Damaris also translates project documents for Kids' Voice of Indiana and provides bilingual psychotherapy at Christian Theological Seminary, specializing in trauma-based treatments and diverse therapeutic modalities. Damaris holds a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Northcentral University, a Master's degree in the same field from Christian Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Anderson University. Previous experience includes community organizing for Latino immigrant mental health through the Center for Interfaith Cooperation.
