Dr. Cortney Baker

Dr. Cortney Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and business management. As the Owner and CEO of KidsCare Therapy since 2003, Dr. Baker established a successful home health agency in Dallas, TX, initially serving 10 patients as a licensed speech pathologist and growing the company to serve nearly 100,000 children nationwide with a workforce of over 650 employees. Dr. Baker is also the host of the podcast Women in Business and a motivational speaker focused on empowering women in leadership. Additionally, Dr. Baker created a digital course titled "From Side Hustle to CEO," providing a comprehensive framework for entrepreneurs to build and scale their businesses. Dr. Baker holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Master's of Science in Communication Disorders and Sciences from Southern Illinois University.
