Winny van der Sleet

Winny van der Sleet has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Winny most recently worked as the Head of HR at KidsKonnect since March 2020. Prior to that, they held the same role at 24i from February 2019 to January 2020. Winny also worked as an HR Manager at Globalinter.net from January 2017 to January 2019 and at EV-Box from September 2015 to January 2017. Before that, they served as an HR Advisor at Booking.com from December 2013 to January 2015 and as an HR Manager at eBuddy from April 2011 to December 2013. Winny also has experience as an HR business partner, serving in temporary roles at Canon Nederland N.V. from June 2010 to April 2011 and at Hoshizaki Europe BV from August 2009 to February 2010. Winny began their career as a Human Resources Manager at IATEC bv from December 2007 to August 2009 and as a Human Resources Generalist at Merck Millipore from October 2005 to December 2007.

Winny van der Sleet received a Master of Arts (MA) degree in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam from 1990 to 1995. In 2001 to 2002, they attended ISBW for a Leergang Personeelsmanagement, but did not obtain a degree.
