Andrew Burke

Andrew Burke serves as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Services, In-House Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at KidsPeace since May 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing litigation management, compliance, and risk management. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of General Counsel at USM, Inc. from April 2008 to September 2012, contributing to the executive management team and providing strategic legal guidance across multiple departments. Andrew's earlier experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at US Maintenance from February 2004 to April 2008. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cabrini University. Educational background includes a high school diploma from Cardinal O'Hara High School.
