Erin Dugan

Dr. Erin Dugan joined KidsTLC as President and CEO in May of 2018, after serving as Assistant Superintendent for General Administration for the Olathe Public Schools. During her career, she has consistently focused on quality leadership, positive systems change, providing quality educational services to at-risk students, and supporting children and families struggling with mental and behavioral health challenges. Among many civic leadership roles, Erin currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Olathe Medical Center and the Olathe Miracle League Community Board. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Vermont, as well as, a Master’s Degree in Child Developmental Psychology and PH.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Kansas. Erin has been married to her husband Todd for 25 years and has two daughters, both attending the University of Kansas.
