John Lange has significant experience in IT support and system engineering. At Kidwell since February 2015, John serves as a System Engineer managing customer server and desktop environments, and previously held the role of Service Desk Specialist, providing Tier 1 support and ensuring timely resolutions for customer issues. Prior to Kidwell, John worked at BD from November 2012 to January 2015 as a Service Desk Technician, where responsibilities included managing Help Desk tickets and resolving hardware and software issues. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an Associate's Degree in IT Support from Central Community College.
