Gregory Knoop has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Gregory is currently the Co-Founder and COO of wkCommercialGroup. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at KidZania USA, where they played a key role in the growth of the company. Gregory also served as the Chief Development/Operating Officer at Somerset Partners LLC, where they focused on leasing and operations. Before that, they worked as a Senior Vice President at Taconic Investment Partners and as a Director of Agency Services at CB Richard Ellis. Gregory started their career as an Assistant Vice President at New York Life Insurance and a Regional Investment Analyst at Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Gregory Knoop's education history begins with their attendance at Skidmore College from 1980 to 1984, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a dual concentration in Finance and Management. Following this, they attended the Harvard University Graduate School of Design in 1984 but did not complete a degree in Architecture.

In 1985, Gregory enrolled at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate for a period of one year. During their time there, they focused on Real Estate Finance and Investments. Returning to their education later in their career, in 2019, Gregory obtained a Texas Sales Agent license from Champions School of Real Estate. Gregory completed 180 hours of coursework encompassing topics such as RE Principles, Law of Agency, Law of Contracts, RE Finance, and Promulgated Contracts.

Continuing to enhance their professional skills, Gregory pursued further certifications. In September 2019, they achieved the title of Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Texas Real Estate Commission. Additionally, in August 2021, they obtained the GRI - Graduate REALTOR Institute certification from the Texas REALTORS association. The GRI certification involved 90 hours of coursework in areas such as brokerage, legal contracts, business skills, and team development.
