Hans Kieboom

Hans Kieboom is the Founder-Directeur of Kieboom since 2003, overseeing a diverse team that offers search & selection, strategic advice, training, coaching, talent management, team development, mediation, and outplacement for organizations aiming to maximize their potential. Prior to establishing Kieboom, Hans served as Country Manager Benelux at Bonar Floors from 1998 to 2003, where responsibility included P&L management and leading a commercial management team. Hans also held positions at Forbo Flooring Systems from 1995 to 1998, progressing from Verkoopleider for the Coral brand to National Sales Marketing Manager, focusing on sales results and team leadership. Earlier in the career, Hans worked as a sales representative for Otto Simon B.V. from 1990 to 1995, managing sales and client relationships in western Netherlands. Educational background includes MMO, MAVO, and SROKI (Military School).
