Isabella Peres

Isabella Peres PhD is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational transformation, currently serving as the Senior Manager for HR & Organization Transformation at Kienbaum since August 2024. Prior to this role, Isabella held the position of Senior Project Manager for Organization, People and Change at Horváth from January 2023 to August 2024. Isabella's extensive experience at Allianz Suisse spanned nearly a decade, encompassing roles such as Head of Market Region CH | East, Head of Sales Academy, and various project management positions in sales and human resources. Additionally, Isabella completed a PhD in Clinical Psychology at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, focusing on the neural correlates of time-of-day effects and human social behavior through fMRI research, and holds a Diploma in Psychology from the same institution along with an Intermediate Diploma from Philipps-University Marburg.
