Darran Clarke

Darran Clarke has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Darran currently holds the position of Head of Insurance at Uplands Retail Limited. Prior to this, they worked at Kier Group where they held various roles including Head of Service Management & Operation, Operations Manager, and Professional Lead for Corporate Facilities Management & Compliance. Before their time at Kier Group, Darran served as the Operations Director at Engineering Energy, where they played a significant role in tripling the company's revenue and building a loyal customer base. Darran also worked as an Area Manager at Norland Managed Services, overseeing the M&E, HVAC, and Compliance delivery for the DVLA estate. Darran began their career at Honeywell Automation & Control Solutions, where they worked as a Field Service Manager and was responsible for the maintenance and compliance of mechanical and electrical assets at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff. Overall, Darran has demonstrated strong leadership and a proven track record of driving growth and improving performance in various industries.

Darran Clarke studied Mechanical & Production Engineering at Llanelli Technical College from 1984 to 1986, earning an OND degree. Darran then pursued Engineering (CAD & CAM) at Swansea Institute of H.E from 1986 to 1988, obtaining an HNC degree.
