Fergus Shaw

Fergus Shaw serves as the Construction Director at Kier Group since January 2023, focusing on the PCSA for HMP Glasgow and overseeing both Pre-Construction and Advanced Works at the site. Prior to this, Fergus held the position of Construction Director at Multiplex from September 2012 to April 2023, leading the University of Glasgow's Campus Redevelopment project from Stage 2 to construction completion. Fergus's career at Carillion Construction Ltd from 1998 to 2012 included roles as Project Manager and Section Manager for the Children's Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed managing construction projects valued at £100 million, ensuring adherence to time, cost, quality, and safety standards, as well as enhancing project value through leadership and staff development initiatives.
