Finlay MacLean

Finlay Maclean is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project and site management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Kier Group since March 2017, Finlay has also held positions as Senior Site Manager and Site Manager within the same company. Previously, Finlay worked as a Construction Manager at Wates Group and as a Build Manager at Shepherd Construction. Early career experience includes freelance site management roles with Morgan Sindall, Broadsword Projects, and various projects from 2010 to 2011, as well as a Site Manager position at Cadons, specializing in fit-outs for specialized interiors, including prisons and military bases. Finlay holds a BSc and PgC in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Brighton, obtained between 1999 and 2005.
