Kyle Clough

Kyle Clough serves as the Water Director at Kier Group since January 2018, overseeing major capital projects and frameworks with Thames Water and Anglian Water. Previous roles at Kier include Regional Director positions focused on operational delivery and P&L for key water frameworks. With extensive experience at Costain Group PLC, Kyle held the role of ASP Programme Director, leading a £200 million capital refurbishment program. Kyle has served in significant roles within the Institution of Civil Engineers, including Trustee and Vice President of Membership and Diversity. Educational credentials include a BEng in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University.
