Lucy Hingley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and stakeholder management within the infrastructure sector. Currently serving as Social Value Manager at Kier Group since April 2018, Lucy has successfully produced and delivered communications strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and road worker safety. Previously, as a Senior Communications Officer at Costain Group PLC, Lucy contributed to the M60 and M62 Manchester Smart Motorway project by engaging key stakeholders and developing community sustainability plans. Prior to that role, Lucy worked as a Stakeholder Manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff, where responsibilities included managing communications with residents, businesses, and local authorities during the Metrolink Airport Line Extension project. Lucy holds a BA Hons in Public Service/Business Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
