Simon King

Simon King is a Project Director at Kier Group, where they manage quantity surveyors and site managers, overseeing all aspects of precontract, contract, and post-contract management. With extensive experience in the construction industry, Simon previously held roles as Contracts Manager at Morgan Sindall and McIntosh DBR Ltd, as well as Project Manager at Midas Group Ltd. They began their career as a Quantity Surveyor at Bluestone Plc and have worked in various capacities within contract management. Simon earned a BSc in Building Surveying with Honors from De Montfort University.
