Stuart Emm is a dedicated Project Director at Kier Group, currently overseeing the 33-35 Piccadilly Project. They began their career as an M&E assistant at AMEC, gaining foundational experience in construction during vacations. Stuart advanced their expertise as a Project Manager at Wates Group from 2014 to 2024 and previously served as a Section Manager for Sir Robert McAlpine, managing significant projects such as the Olympic Stadium and high-end residential developments. With a first-class degree in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University, Stuart continues to excel in the field of civil engineering and construction management.
