Tracey Collins

Tracey Collins has extensive experience in talent management, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development. Tracey currently holds the position of Director of Emerging Talent and Inclusion at Kier Group. Prior to this, they worked at Kier Highways as a Talent, Development and Inclusion Manager. Tracey also has experience at Kier Services as an L&D Business Partner and Employee Development Manager. Before joining Kier, they worked at May Gurney as an Acting Training Manager and Training Advisor. Tracey began their career at Otley College as a Senior Business Training Consultant, where they improved performance and implemented quality assurance systems. Tracey also worked as a Regional Manager/Training Manager at Fitness Express and as a Training Operations Manager at Rising Stars.

Tracey Collins attended Farlingaye High School from 1987 to 1994, but did not pursue any degree or specific field of study during that time.
