Sam Bellomio

Sam Bellomio, PE, QSD, currently serves as Senior Civil Engineering Manager at Kier + Wright since August 2024, and previously held the position of Civil Engineering Manager at Ware Malcomb from January 2020 to August 2024, focusing on expanding civil services in the San Diego region. With extensive experience in land development and project management, Sam worked at Excel Engineering from July 2015 to January 2020, managing various large-scale residential and commercial projects, and contributing to stormwater analysis and design. Prior roles include Project Engineer at JC McDonnell Engineering and Design Engineer at KPG, Inc., among others. Sam's background in nonprofit consulting and military service in the U.S. Army complements a strong educational foundation, including a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Seattle University.
