Curtis Nolan

Curtis Nolan, P.E. is a civil and structural engineer with extensive experience in engineering design and project management. Curtis began as a Research Assistant at Transportation Research Group, where modeling of chloride ingress in concrete bridge decks was conducted. The engineering internships at Kern Delta Water District and Mendenhall Smith involved programming, database management, and structural design. Roles at Kiewit included Temporary Works Design Engineer, where significant projects, such as the Midtown Tunnel and Cove Point LNG Expansion, were supported through construction engineering and design. As a Design Manager, Curtis managed projects for esteemed clients, including the Texas Department of Transportation and the US Army Corps. Curtis holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering, both from Brigham Young University.
