David Vandeginste

David Vandeginste is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Vice President & General Counsel at Kiewit since July 2017. Previously, David held the position of Group General Counsel at Kiewit Energy Group from July 2013 to July 2022 and served as Assistant General Counsel - Commercial at Kiewit Industrial Group from April 2010 to July 2013. Prior roles include Senior Commercial Counsel at Kiewit Industrial Group, Associate at Bryan Cave, LLP, and Partner at Miller Law Firm, P.C. David began their legal career as a Judicial Clerk for the Court of Appeals - Western District of Missouri. David holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Missouri State University.
