Jeffrey Cole

Jeffrey Cole, P.E., PMP, currently serves as Design Build Sponsor at Kiewit since July 2021. Previously, Jeffrey held the role of Senior Project Director and Deputy Project Director for Purple Line Transit Constructors at Fluor Corporation from February 2018 to July 2021, overseeing prime contracts, project controls, and various operational functions. Jeffrey's prior experience includes serving as Program Director for Alternative Project Delivery at Parsons Corporation, managing significant contracts such as the GAEC IDIQ contract with WMATA and the Dulles Metrorail Extension Phase 2 project. Jeffrey's extensive career at Fluor Corporation spanned over two decades in roles such as Technical Director, Project Director, and Project Controls Specialist, contributing to major projects including the 95 Express Lanes Project, the London Underground telecommunications system, and a large fiber optic network initiative. Jeffrey's early career included a foundational role as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
