Kelly Charles

Kelly Charles currently serves as the Vice President of Process Industries Engineering at Kiewit, having joined the company in January 2023. In this leadership role, Kelly oversees a multi-functional engineering team, developing strategies for various submarkets including food, beverage, and industrial chemicals, with a strong focus on project development in the construction industry. Prior to this position, Kelly spent nearly 12 years at POWER Engineers, where roles included Director of Business Development, Business Development Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at Food Systems Design, Inc., Novartis, Conagra Brands, and Foth & Van Dyke. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, obtained in 1999.
