Michel Fournier

Michel Fournier, ASC, is an experienced human resources and labor relations professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations for Kiewit since August 2014, working on the OLRT project. Previously, Michel worked as the Director of Labor Relations for KPH-Turcot at the Conseil provincial des métiers de la construction du Québec (CPQMCI) from September 2012 to August 2014 and held the position of Deputy General Director at the Fonds de formation de l'industrie de la construction (FFIC) from January 2009 to September 2012. Michel's earlier experience includes serving as President and General Director at Kiewit from August 2007 to December 2008 and as Senior Labor Advisor at the Centrale des syndicats démocratiques from 1991 to August 2007, where the role included serving as President of the Syndicat des travailleurs de la construction. Michel holds a Certificate in Corporate Governance from Université Laval and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from HEC Montréal, along with ongoing studies at the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés at Université Laval.
