Mila Ling

We are a team of business professionals, character educators and academics working on developing resources, products and services to support the development of ethics in enterprises and communities. We take our name from the Japanese woodworking technique known as 'kigumi,'​ in which joints are held are held together by complementary forces, without the use of nails or adhesives. We believe that the character of a business or a person should be like kigumi: a balanced, interwoven set of forces that stand upright on their own merit, without any external pressures.
