Raymond Hungerford

Raymond Hungerford has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Raymond began their career in the U.S. Army as an Entry Control Point Operator, where they were responsible for managing a multinational group of servicemembers. Raymond then served as a Senior Radar Operator, overseeing multimillion-dollar equipment and ensuring compliance with military standards. Hungerford also took on leadership positions, such as Section Chief and Platoon Sergeant, where they demonstrated strong management and training skills.

After their military service, Hungerford worked as a Program Manager Support at HX5, LLC, advising senior program managers and chief engineers on secure voice systems. Raymond later joined KIHOMAC, where they served as the lead DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages) Program Manager and as a DMSMS Subject Matter Expert. In these roles, they contributed to the development of DMSMS training and guidance for the Air Force, ensuring compliance with directives and promoting a proactive approach to obsolescence resolution. Raymond Hungerford completed their education at Torrington High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma between 2004 and 2008. In terms of post-secondary education, they attended the U.S. Army Advanced Individual Training/Advanced Skills Course in 2008, specifically focusing on the 13R Field Artillery Firefinder Radar Operator's Course/Advanced Skills Course. Additionally, they acquired various certifications over the years, including a Security Clearance from the U.S. Federal Government in both 2008 and 2018, an EQ-36 Initial Fielding Training Certificate from Lockheed Martin in 2010, and certification from the International Institute of Obsolescence Management (IIOM) in 2020.
