Tzvika Furman has worked for a number of companies since 2003. Tzvika started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. Tzvika then moved to Biosense Webster, where they were a Mechanical Department Manager. In 2007, they became the New Product Introduction (NPI) Department Manager at Sanmina-SCI. In 2009, they were Global Business-Unit Director at Plasan Sasa Ltd, where they directed a $3M portfolio of products and programs. In 2014, they became the Director of Israeli and European Business Relations at Watson and Company, a Government (USA) relations, Engineering and Business Development consulting firm. In 2015, they were an Entrepreneur at the "Create Tel Aviv" Accelerator by Terra Venture Partners. In 2017, they became the Director of External Relations for both the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. In 2018, they were an Entrepreneur at the EIT Food Accelerator Network, where Kiinns, a company they co-founded and is the CEO of, was selected to and participated in the EIT-FAN Food Accelerator and was announced a top 10 finalist. In 2019, they were a Merage Leadership Program for Food Tech Executives at Merage Institute program Alumni and Co-Founder and CEO of Kiinns.

Tzvika Furman attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
